So I went about the internet looking up some things, stumbled across an interesting blog, and found this website that gives your blog a personality type...
So I put mine in...and this is what I got:ESFP - The Performers
They enjoy work that makes them able to help other people in a concrete and visible way. They tend to avoid conflicts and rarely initiate confrontation - qualities that can make it hard for them in management positions.
I have my own opinion of whether I agree with this analysis or not. My question is, what do you think?

I think they're trying to jazz up all their explanations. What it says to me is that you're a nice person who tries to help people and likes pretty things.
I'm not agreeing with the doesn't like to plan ahead part - that's plainly not true. And avoiding conflict is not necessarily a bad thing - one doesn't have to be in everyone else's face to be a good manager.

i think that what that chick has bubbling in her cup makes all blog problems go away.................just kidding, come on, i had to say it! actually i always thought you seemed like a leader, the kind of person who would be comfortable being the director or manager of something (i mean this as a positive comment). when do we get to find out what you think?
